Terms of Purchase

Terms of purchase in the viviennesabo.rs online store, in line with Banca Intesa ad Beograd requirements for e-commerce merchants.

Conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Delivery

We deliver via courier service within the Republic of Serbia, within 2–5 business days from order confirmation. For card payments, the card account is charged immediately upon successful authorization. Delivery outside the Republic of Serbia (export) is not available.

Complaints policy

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason. Complaints are submitted via e-mail info@viviennesabo.rs or phone +381/638148589; the buyer is informed of the outcome within the legal deadline. In case of withdrawal or a justified complaint, refunds to buyers who paid by payment card are made exclusively to that card account. For defective or wrongly delivered goods the return costs are borne by the seller; in case of withdrawal without reason, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

User privacy protection

On behalf of Vivienne Sabo (PL Development d.o.o.) we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary basic customer data and data required for business operations and customer information, in line with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. Customers are given choices, including whether they wish to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly kept and available only to employees who need it to do their job. All employees of PL Development d.o.o. (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most advanced cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete payment process takes place on the bank's pages. At no moment is payment card data available to our system.

Refunds

In case of return of goods and refund to a customer who previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, PL Development d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, meaning the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.

VAT statement

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.
